Why are your prices cheaper for the OEM mats? Are these genuine products?
All our products, unless stated, are 100% Genuine. We are able to offer competitive pricing thanks to our lean operation model and our supplier relationships.
Can I return my item if I have chosen the wrong one?
Yes. If the item is its original condition and packaging, you can return the item via Post within 30 days of your purchase.
Which courier do you use to send my parcel?
We use the gamut of reputable couriers operating in the UK, including Parcelforce, UPS, Hermes, DHL etc. We choose the couriers with the most cost/time effective solution for your needs
How long does it take to dispatch?
We dispatch all products within 1 business day. No if’s and but’s!
Is local pickup available?
Yes, local pickup from Dagenham, Essex is available on all our products. Please let us know if you intend to pickup and we will arrange accordingly.
